Life can be demanding, and it's easy to feel overwhelmed by the pressures of work, family, and personal expectations.

You might be finding yourself in a place you never expected, wondering how you got here and how to move forward. See if any of these situations resonate with you:

  • You're struggling to set healthy boundaries with family, friends, or at work.

  • You find it difficult to identify and communicate your feelings effectively.

  • The stress from your high-pressure career is impacting your well-being and relationships.

  • You're navigating complex relationship issues, marital conflict, or the pain of fertility struggles.

  • You feel stuck and are searching for consistent, healthy ways to cope with life's challenges.

If these struggles feel familiar, please know you are not alone.

These are common, human challenges, and you don't have to navigate them by yourself. Having professional guidance can make all the difference. I offer a grounded, human approach in a space where you can feel genuinely supported and empowered to find lasting change.

Callas Vaughan Dixon, MPA, MA, LCPC

Therapy is a space where you should feel safe enough to be real, supported enough to go deep, and empowered enough to grow on your own terms.

I am a Maryland Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a bachelors in both Political Science and Criminal Justice, Masters in Public Administration, a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and 13 years of experience in the mental health profession.

My practice is rooted in warmth, curiosity, and a grounded presence, blending deep clinical expertise with a human approach. I don’t just listen; I engage with intention, helping you feel seen and genuinely supported.

Think of a therapist as a lighthouse keeper, quietly illuminating the path through emotional storms so you can safely navigate your way toward healing and self-discovery.

It is my passion and purpose to help you unpack the invisible backpack you've been carrying and find the healthy solutions that lead to your best life.

Originally from Michigan, I love to bake, travel, laugh, and spend time with my family outdoors. I consider it a profound privilege and a humbling experience to walk alongside individuals as they find their own idea of peace and contentment.
